People are asking questions about the ZTA provisions. Here are just a few:
Would this significant zoning change be best served first within an appointed group as was done with commercial solar?

How will this affect farmland out, already a barrier to new and expanding producers?
The ZTA calls for up to 10 of these accommodations on a farm —m how big a farm?

What about farms that are secured with agricultural easements?
The proposed ZTA entirely removes from the zoning code the size limits to buildings that can be constructed for agritourism… why?
